koreajitu Banking: Deposit, Withdraw, and Verify Your Account
This page covers every money operation your koreajitu account needs — from adding funds to pulling a withdrawal back to your wallet. We support OVO, ShopeePay, and Bank Transfer for Indonesia players where local law permits. Each method sits inside the Banking section of your account dashboard; after login, open the menu and select Deposit or Withdrawal to see the options available to your account region.
Funding your account starts from the Banking tab — visible as soon as you are logged in. We accept OVO, ShopeePay, and Bank Transfer, and each one follows a short flow that ends with your balance updating inside the account. Choose the method that matches the wallet or bank account already on your phone. ShopeePay and OVO work through the wallet apps you use every day; Bank Transfer routes through your bank's mobile or internet banking to our published account number.
Log In and Open Banking
After login, select the Banking tab from your account menu. The Deposit option is listed first. Tap it to open the method selector — OVO, ShopeePay, and Bank Transfer are shown where available for your region.
Choose Your Wallet or Bank
Select OVO, ShopeePay, or Bank Transfer. Each method shows the account details or redirect path you need. For Bank Transfer, copy our published account number exactly as shown — mismatched digits are the most common reason a deposit needs manual review.
Enter the Amount and Confirm
Type the amount in the field provided. Check the minimum shown on screen — it is displayed before you confirm. Once confirmed, a transaction reference number appears. Save or screenshot it before closing the page.
Check Your Balance
Your deposit appears in your account balance after the transfer is matched on our side. If the balance has not updated after a reasonable period, use the transaction reference to contact our support team directly.
MOVING FUNDS OUT
Withdraw Funds Back to Your Wallet
When you are ready to move funds out, the Withdrawal option is inside the same Banking tab where you made your deposit. We return funds to the wallet or bank account that matches your verified identity — this is a deliberate account protection measure, not a delay. Your OVO number, ShopeePay account, or Bank Transfer destination must match the details on your koreajitu profile before a withdrawal can be processed. If the details do not match, the withdrawal form will ask you to complete or update your verification first.
Open Withdrawal in Banking Tab
Log in, go to Banking, and select Withdrawal. The methods available to your account — OVO, ShopeePay, or Bank Transfer — are listed. Only verified methods appear active; unverified ones are greyed out until identity steps are complete.
Enter the Withdrawal Amount
Type the amount. The screen shows the minimum and the current withdrawable balance. Do not enter more than the withdrawable balance shown — the form will reject it and you will need to re-enter.
Complete Identity Verification if Prompted
If your account verification is pending, you are redirected to the KYC step before the withdrawal can proceed. Complete the document upload, then return to the Withdrawal screen to resubmit your request.
Save the Withdrawal Reference
After submitting, the confirmation screen shows a reference code. Copy it. That code is the only detail linking your withdrawal request to the receiving wallet — support cannot trace the transfer without it.
ACCOUNT VERIFICATION
Verify Your koreajitu Account Before Withdrawing
Account verification — the KYC step — exists to protect your balance from being moved to an account that is not yours. We require a government-issued identity document and confirmation that the wallet or bank account on your profile belongs to you. Upload these through the Verification section inside your account settings. Once submitted, our team reviews the documents; the status updates in your dashboard under Account Status. Verification is a one-time step per account.
Prepare Your Identity Document
A national ID card (KTP) or passport is accepted. The image must be clear, unobstructed, and show all four corners of the document. Blurry or cropped scans are rejected automatically — re-upload is available immediately after rejection.
Match Your Wallet to Your Profile
The OVO, ShopeePay, or Bank Transfer account you withdraw to must be registered under the same name as your koreajitu account. Mismatched names pause the withdrawal until the wallet ownership is confirmed.
Submit and Track Status
After uploading, your Account Status in the dashboard changes to Under Review. The outcome — approved or a note asking for a clearer document — appears there. You do not need to contact support unless the status has not moved after the period shown on screen.
Verified Once, Protected Always
Once verification passes, it stays active on your account. You will not be asked to re-upload documents for routine withdrawals. Re-verification is only triggered if your account details are changed significantly.
PAYMENT METHODS
Payment Channels Available in Your Account
We offer three payment channels for Indonesia accounts where local law and eligible regions permit access. Each channel is connected directly to your account wallet — funds move between your koreajitu balance and your chosen external payment method without needing a third-party intermediary step. The channels available to your specific account are shown in the Banking tab after login; not every channel may be active in all account regions. Use the channel your wallet or bank already supports to keep the flow short.
OVO
OVO wallet deposits and withdrawals are available where your account region supports them. Your OVO number must be registered and match your account name for withdrawals to proceed.
ShopeePay
ShopeePay connects through your existing ShopeePay wallet. Deposits follow the in-app redirect flow; withdrawals return funds to the same ShopeePay account registered on your profile.
Bank Transfer
Bank Transfer is available for accounts that prefer direct bank-to-bank movement. Use the account number shown in the Deposit screen exactly as printed. Withdrawals return to the bank account confirmed during verification.
TRANSACTION RECORDS
Match Your Wallet History to Your Account Balance
Every deposit and withdrawal creates a record in two places — your koreajitu transaction history and your wallet or bank statement. When the two match, the transfer completed cleanly. When they do not match, the reference number from your koreajitu confirmation screen is the fastest way to locate the discrepancy. Open Transaction History inside your account dashboard to see the status label on each entry: Completed, Pending, or Rejected.
Reference Number
Every transaction — deposit or withdrawal — generates a unique reference on the koreajitu confirmation screen. This is not the same as the wallet transaction ID. Keep both. Our support team uses the koreajitu reference to locate the exact transfer on our side.
Status Labels
Transaction History uses three labels: Completed means funds have moved and settled. Pending means the transfer is still being matched. Rejected means the transaction did not complete — the reason is shown alongside the entry so you know the next step.
Account History Access
Transaction History is available under your account menu at any time after login. There is no expiry on the record visibility window during the current session. Use it to confirm a deposit arrived before placing a bet or continuing a session in Crash Fast Lift or Football Parlay Guide.
Evidence to Keep
Screenshot the koreajitu confirmation screen at the end of every deposit or withdrawal. Also keep the equivalent notification from OVO, ShopeePay, or your bank. Two records — one from each side — resolve almost every query without a lengthy support exchange.
ACCOUNT SAFEGUARDS
Security Measures Protecting Your koreajitu Funds
Banking operations on koreajitu are protected at the account level — not just at the network level. Every withdrawal routes only to a wallet or bank account confirmed under your verified identity. We do not send funds to a new destination without identity confirmation first.
Domain and Session Checks
Always access your account through koreajitu. Verify the domain in your browser address bar before entering any credentials or initiating a banking transaction. Sessions time out after inactivity — a security measure that limits exposure on shared devices.
Identity-Locked Withdrawals
Withdrawals are locked to the wallet or bank account verified under your name. Even if someone gains access to your login, they cannot redirect a withdrawal to a different wallet without passing the identity verification step again.
Wallet Ownership Confirmation
We confirm that your OVO, ShopeePay, or Bank Transfer account is registered under the same legal name as your koreajitu account. This step prevents funds from moving to an account you do not own — a key layer of protection during the KYC process.
Support for Banking Issues
Banking support is available through the Help or Contact section inside your account. Use only that published path — not external links or social accounts — to raise a deposit or withdrawal query. Have your transaction reference ready before you start the conversation.
BANKING QUESTIONS
Frequently Asked Questions About koreajitu Banking
The questions below cover the banking situations that come up most often — deposit steps, withdrawal requirements, verification, and what to do when a transfer does not appear where you expect it. If your question is not here, the most direct path is through the Help section inside your account, where our support team can access your transaction record directly.
Which payment methods can I use to deposit at koreajitu?
OVO, ShopeePay, and Bank Transfer are available in the Banking tab of your account. The channels shown as active are the ones supported in your account region. Availability depends on local law and eligible regions.
Why is my deposit showing as Pending and not in my balance yet?
Pending means the transfer has been received but not yet matched on our side. It usually resolves without action. If it stays Pending longer than the period shown on your Transaction History screen, contact support with your deposit reference number ready.
What documents do I need for account verification before withdrawing?
A clear, full-corner image of your national KTP or passport is required. The name on the document must match your koreajitu account name and the wallet or bank account you withdraw to. Upload through the Verification section inside account settings.
Can I withdraw to a different OVO number than the one I deposited from?
Withdrawals go only to the wallet or bank account confirmed during verification. If you need to update the destination, you must go through the identity confirmation step again. This protects your funds from being moved to an account you do not own.
What is the minimum deposit amount at koreajitu?
The minimum is shown on the deposit form before you confirm — it is displayed per payment method and may vary. We do not publish a fixed figure here because it can be adjusted; always check the amount shown in your account at the time of transaction.
What should I do if a withdrawal has not arrived in my OVO or ShopeePay wallet?
First check Transaction History in your account to confirm the status is Completed on our side. If it shows Completed but your wallet has not updated, contact our support team with both your koreajitu withdrawal reference and your wallet transaction ID to resolve it.
